This video continues our basic look at Hexagon as a modeling tool for Poser characters. Once we have a mannequin, we can begin modeling props and clothing for it. In this video, I demonstrate how to make a simple top for our Poser character.

This is the first in a series of video tutorials that will show how to model clothing for a Poser figure in Hexagon. This video explains (with audio this time) how to import your Poser figure as a mannequin into Hexagon. It is a 7 Mb wmv file. Click the image to download.

Trying to make Morph Targets for Poser figures can really be frustrating when all your hardwork ‘explodes’ when you try to use it in Poser. Discover how to use Hexagon 2.2 to make Full Body Morphs for your favorite Poser figures and use our free software tool to correct the face order and make those morph targets behave!

The February issue of Art&Prose will contain a tutorial for creating a Full Body Morph in Hexagon 2.2 as well as an application that you can install that will automatically fix your morph targets (program is for PC users only). We will also show you how to use a readily available python script to accomplish the same task (for Mac users) from within the Poser application.
